Yet Another Player Dies On the Field

Not even a week has gone by since the shocking death of Sevilla midfielder, Antonio Puerta, with news coming in of the death of yet another player on the field. Chaswe Nsofwa, who formerly played for Zambia, collapsed on the field during a practice session on wednesday. Chaswe joined Israeli club Hapoel Beersheba during the off season and scored two goals in his side's 3-0 win against Hakoach Amidar Ramat on Saturday. Rescue workers failed to start his heart on the fied and was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital. Reports have claimed that it was around 40 degrees celsius with low humidity.
